Aidan Glaze serves as the Director of Engineering for WV Livestream, leading the technical direction and engineering management behind live broadcasts that span professional sports, civic events, and large-scale productions across the region. Known for his calm, decisive leadership under pressure, he oversees complex multi-camera systems, manages broadcast infrastructure, and ensures seamless execution from concept to transmission.

In addition to his work with WV Livestream, Glaze is the Supervisor of Technology at KING 5 News in Seattle, where he manages the technical operations that keep one of the Northwest’s premier newsrooms on the air. Since joining KING 5 in 2019, he has played a pivotal role in coordinating major live event coverage, guiding technical teams, and leading significant system upgrades. His work as an engineer on KING 5’s award-winning breaking news coverage earned him an Emmy Award for excellence in live broadcast production.

 

A graduate of the University of Puget Sound, Glaze combines a strong background in engineering management with a passion for creative storytelling. Outside of work, he enjoys making and listening to music and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
